Only when I thought the days of adept former fashion customer service were gone....Anthony Luna at Vivid Racing proved me incorrect! Anthony took the time to explain all my options on upgrading the performance my 2020 Camaro LT1 and put together a package that I couldn't be more than happier with. If yous are looking for advice on getting the best functioning out of your new ride and the best bang for your cadet I would recommend Vivid Racing!

Consummate Fraud !

Complete Fraud !! I purchased an frazzle system i later found out Vivid manufactured themselves which didnt fit my car at all. I was told i needed to permanently alter a 1$180k car to go far work. They couldnt even provide me with instructions or pics on installation. I was told it was directly forward and no altering needed. When i tried to return the $3000 exhaust organisation they denied the render because there was paint on the tips which was removed. They sold me an detail that wouldnt work in my car and had to take legal activity to receive my money dorsum. Stay away from this company! Subsequently i noticed there were many more than bad reviews similar to mine. They are horrible and dishonest!!!

Broke A$s middle men...

Ordered a set up of rims & lug nuts, they sent the lugs, and were so unable to get the rims from the distributor (they are broke a$southward middle men), and and so would not provide a refund & return shipping for the lugs, that I have no need for without the rims...

Shipment not received in full, no respond from vivdracing for a month.

I ordered parts on December 13th, 2020, that was shipped via FedEx to Republic of iceland. When the shipment arrived I did non receive all parts ordered. My consequence has withal non been resolved today March seventh, 2021. No replies from their customer service for a month. I can non recommend this visitor and will never have business organisation with them again.

Got a frazzle for my audi s5 the receiver box is bankrupt so have been trying to get another that I am willing to pay for only afterwards speaking to multiple people still no luck customer service is terrible avoid this company like the plague!

Poor service, obnoxious marketing practices

Terrible company. I waited weeks for my order to ship. In the mean time, they bombard me with countless obnoxious spam from multiple addresses. I don't care almost your stupid Youtube channel or crummy merch barely anyone has heard about. I but want my order already!

Scammed!

I purchased a tent for $899.00 on October 7. I was charged $15.00 for aircraft. They charged my credit card immediately, but when I did not receive my tent I contacted them on Oct xviii. I was told that despite having paid shipping and having my credit carte charged they wanted an additional $500 for shipping.! They admit this was an error on their function and refused to accolade the understanding previously made for which they took payment for. I was counting on that tent to go far for a trip and at present I take no tent and no money. Beware of this company!

Ordered the incorrect parts on-line for my car and called to change. Worked with Patrick and was able to get the right part for my and shipped right abroad.
Have ordered from Vivid before and never had issues, despite COVID, they still answer that phones and are prompt and courteous.
Highly recommend and will exist dorsum.

Excellent start experience with Vivid Racing

Chris Thousand was super prompt, responded to emails speedily and was upfront about long look times for my particular product. Vivid Racing has a huge selection and as far as I could tell in my research, the best price for Volk Racing wheels by a hundred bucks or so. My initial experience with Vivid Racing has been great.

Initial customer service from Chris Grand. was swell - got what I wanted ordered and all the details taken care of relatively quickly. The product I ordered takes 5+ months. Information technology has been over five months which is fine, there is no guarantee, all the same I do wish Vivid Racing would achieve out at the 5 month period just to give an update, and if no update is available, a simple, "we oasis't forgotten about you and will provide with updates as presently as we get them." Every bit business organization possessor myself, that level of customer service goes a very long way.

Excellent communication! Adam emailed me originally regarding a payment processing error on their finish. In one case that was taken intendance of an gild was placed once again and payment was processed. He emailed over again including a shipment update. Great pricing, groovy communication, groovy company all around. Reading their "almost" folio, it shows their delivery to satisfaction with a vision and a modest amount of coin. What these folks have created for their business organisation, every company should work towards.

I've been waiting for 7 month for my wheels I ordered . Brilliant was blaming information technology on vendor delays , but when I got in touch with the vender , they never placed the society with them till I checked with bright for my wheel progress 3 month later afterward I paid . Now they won't render my calls .

"In stock" exhaust has not shipped a calendar month later. Received a follow up email after several inquiries mentioning it would ship on the vii-30 almost a month subsequently ordering 7-3, and they would follow up. 8-vi no follow up and no frazzle, seems like a long time for something " in stock"

horrible experience and customer serves, i bought items for my car months agone and tried to get follow upwards from them but all the do is refer me from i sales rep to some other and when i ask for the explanation of what'south happening i go no answer, they didn't evangelize all the items ordered and when i asked for the refund every bit they did not deliver the items as promised they stopped replying to me

They had the parts I needed, good price.
Customer service was good.
Even answered unrelated questions on totally dissimilar products for different reasons. Every bit we talked about order the knuckle spacer kit.

Then moved into steering, and fifty-fifty if he didn't have what I was looking for he all the same would have pointed me in the right direction.
Btw..... they had everything I was looking for at this moment in time.

Then went into detail of how parts worked and what the uproar was just incase as this is only my 2d build. But my first detailed build lol.

I am not pleased

I am not pleased. Ordered a FMF pipe for my 1986 LT250R Ii WEEKS AGO! Ive tried to contact them several times, through their chats, email, and now sitting on concord for the past 20 minutes! If they dont accept what I ordered and so why take my money!? 328$ to exist verbal. I volition never use them again. Poor customer service, cant tell me if they even accept the part or where its at. Thats not good customer service. Edit: If that'south the case, you all are having issues getting products from the manufacturers than peradventure you lot should put that on said items on your site? Instead it makes information technology seem similar you can get the item. I'k non trying to be rude, but 328$ isn't chump change for a family with young kids.

Customer service is great! I ordered an exhaust system and on the same mean solar day, i of their guys contacted me to let me know that production for that product will sixteen-xviii weeks. Then they gave me options and I decided to go with another system. Customer service is where it counts!
